Last week, another exciting client event took place as part of our "15 years hrdiamonds" event series. It was an extraordinary opportunity for us to work together with our clients in a very different way. This event was about working together in groups to complete tasks that encouraged us to rethink and recognize new perspectives.

One particular protagonist in the tasks was an egg. Yes, you heard right - an egg!
Each group mastered specific tasks related to the egg. One task was to transport the egg through the city center without touching it. Another challenge was to turn the raw egg into a boiled egg and then swap the egg for another object. It was amazing to see how the egg became a metaphor for team spirit and collaboration. Each group had to think creatively and do their best to complete their egg task successfully.

Another exciting task was to ask strangers what their favorite song was. Each group then collected the songs mentioned and created a unique playlist. This playlist was shared in our office at the end of the event over delicious canapés and a glass of champagne. It was fascinating to see how music can connect us and how diverse musical tastes are.

This event showed us how important it is to leave the beaten track and find new approaches. By facing new challenges and stepping out of our comfort zones, we can expand our skills and find innovative solutions. It was inspiring to see how each group thrived in these tasks.

The joint end rounded off the event really nicely.
