The focus of his work lies in the conception and support of organizational development processes, the planning and implementation of team developments as well as the planning and implementation of personnel development processes. Furthermore, Vincent Paulischin works as a coach and holds individually developed trainings in the areas of communication and leadership.

In the course of his consulting activities, Vincent Paulischin also assumes responsibility as a manager.

He has many years of experience as a trainer and project coordinator of EU projects in the social and educational sectors. With his wealth of experience, Vincent Paulischin has enriched the hrdiamonds team as a senior consultant and account manager since 2015.

Vincent Paulischin studied sociology and theater studies. He also completed training as a systemic organizational developer, coach and supervisor, as well as numerous continuing education courses in the field of organizational development.
