In his professional career, he has designed and conducted training and further education courses in the NGO sector for several years and has been supporting the team at hrdiamonds since 2019.

Benjamin Dittmoser-Pfeifer studied to become a teacher for elementary school as well as (systemic) organizational development, supervision and coaching and is continuously training in modern management approaches.
