The focus of her consulting work lies in the conception of programs for leadership and specialist development, the implementation of employer branding initiatives and employee surveys. She advises management on the development of strategic personnel management, on personnel recruitment and on succession planning.

Ulrike Jung has more than 20 years of professional experience in the HR field, among others as HR Manager, Business Partner and Recruiter e.g. at Microsoft. Since the foundation of hrdiamonds in 2008, she has been a senior consultant, account manager and member of the management board and has played a key role in shaping the successful path of hrdiamonds.

She studied education, mathematics and philosophy in Hamburg and is also a trained systemic consultant, systemic coach and has completed various trainings in the field of employee diagnostics.
