The focus of her work is on supporting organizations in transformation and strategy processes. She also acts as a sparring partner for executives and management boards, develops learning architectures and facilitates workshops and retreats.

Doris Weyer has over 20 years of experience as a human resources and organizational developer. In 2008 she founded hrdiamonds and established hrdiamonds as a strong and competent partner in HR and organizational development.

She studied IBWL in Vienna, Saarland and Paris, earned her doctorate in the field of organizational development and knowledge management and also completed numerous training and continuing education courses in the areas of human resources and organizational development.
