This week marks the end of another successful management program, this time at Wiener Stadtwerke. Our consultants Anna Obkircher, Manuela Hawelka and Stine Jung conducted three modules and give us a few insights into the seminar room with their photos.
At hrdiamonds, we support many companies in implementing positive leadership. This type of leadership uses scientific findings from positive psychology to derive practical recommendations for day-to-day management. The PERMA-Lead® model by Dr. Markus Ebner plays a central role here. This model emphasizes how important it is for managers to focus on the individual strengths of their employees, promote them and actively contribute to their further development.
In this program, the managers at Wiener Stadtwerke also dealt intensively with the PERMA-Lead® model, the focus on strengths, the dimensions for developing employees' potential in the workplace and other important management tools. We would like to congratulate the participants on successfully completing the program and thank Sigrid Laser for the great cooperation!
