To round off our #NewWorkWeeks, we would like to give you a special insight into the seminar room!
Ulrike Jung and Stine Jung held an inspiring New Work workshop as part of a leadership program for an infrastructure company. The focus was on the experience: it was not about pure theory, but about experiencing the topic of "New Work" at first hand.
We were particularly delighted with the contributions from experts Valerie Ferencic, Nikodem Dzik and Martin Micko. They provided valuable knowledge from their different professional backgrounds, both from the corporate and start-up sectors.
Valerie Ferencic shared her experience as an expert in Employee Experience/HR and her time at woom. She emphasized how important it is for employers to constantly offer their employees new opportunities, improve working conditions and thus position themselves well. After all, "New Work" ultimately means "Good Work".
Nikodem Dzik provided valuable insights into how to deal with challenging phases that require a high level of work in teams. He emphasized the relevance of creating a working environment in which a feeling of relaxation and connection can (nevertheless) arise.
Martin Micko enriched the workshop with an open exchange with the participants on the topic of New Work and enhanced the theoretical input with practical reports. He emphasized the importance of establishing a corporate culture that employees can identify with. The connection between corporate values and visions and individual values and visions is a key factor that is constantly being refined and worked on.
We look back with pleasure on this successful workshop and are eagerly awaiting the next one!
